BS5839 Fire Alarm systems & BAFE Certification
Most fire alarms will employ manual call points (break glasses), smoke and heat detection coupled with audible/visual warning and be designed to a recognised Category, based on a Fire Risk Assessment.
But to be fully “BAFE Certificated,” a system must be designed, installed and commissioned by a Third Party Certificated and BAFE Registered Fire Safety Service Provider such as ourselves, and then continue to be maintained in strict accordance with the guidance of BS5839.
Whatever fire alarm category you require, Clear Sound Fire Alarm Systems will provide the most cost effective, approved solution for total peace of mind. How do we do it..?
– A hard-wired system – best value, but installation can prove disruptive to existing buildings and business operation.
– A wireless system – nowadays, very much on a par with wired systems offering almost the same value but with minimal impact to the building and business operation.
Not only are we certified to design, install and commission fire detection and alarm systems, we also relish the challenge of supplying the more specialised fire detection solutions such as Aspirating Smoke Detection Systems, Linear Fire Beams Sensors, Flame Detection, Gas Detection, Intrinsically Safe (I.S.) detection and Warning, Integrated System Solutions employing other systems such as Disabled Refuge Systems, Toilet Alarms, CCTV, Sprinkler Monitoring and Flood Detection Systems (to name a few)
On completion, customers will receive a full suite of paperwork including drawings, Zone Plans, certificates and instruction.
