I recently moved into my new house and had an issue with the alarm system not working. I had used Clearsound for the school that I work for previously so knew of their expertise in the field. They were quick to give me an appointment at a time that worked around my availability, called me half an hour before they arrived as I’d asked and did a very efficient job to get my new home secure. Many thanks to Phil and Ethan the engineers assigned to me. They were professional, courteous and got the job done as they said they would (on a horrible, cold and wet day). Would be happy to recommend them for any security/alarm system needs.

High professional standards of courteous and clear communication in the first place, and going on, times of attendance were adhered to, workmanship was impeccable and care was taken that the outcome should match our stated expectations. A first class experience all round!
